1. The counter area: includes the counter, the cash register, a large two door drink fridge, newspaper stand, table with two chairs and ornate shelving with decorative cafeteria ornaments, the Beau Marie, a salad display fridge and the coffee machine. This is a bright and spacious food service area which isunder 24 hour in-house video surveillance.
2. The Dining area: Large and spacious, it includes a large wall mounted television, tables,

3. The Kitchen and food prep area is every cook and chef’s dream kitchen. A large, spacious room, uncluttered and very easy to work in. | At first look, one might balk at the location as centro cafe is nestled in what seems like an assuming suburban street in Cannington, but at a closer look you will see that Centro Cafe is the city gate to a community of high staffed factories, mechanical beating workshops, brick laying and other trade schools with their many hungry staff and sudents. Lunchtimes are sometimes overwhelmingly busy with the cafe packed with trade students, industrial staff and passers-by from the nearby IGA Supermarket district and train station. Centro drivers make lunch deliveries to surrounding businesses in Cannington, Queens Park and Bentley, and there is potential to expand this.
