One of the strengths of this business is its longevity. Little can take away from or substitute for our face to face music lessons, so the business will always have a stable core income in that field. Over the years the business has grown to three locations and with organic growth in mind, there are several other prime potential sites that could be considered. As the business is a trademarked entity and is well systemized and corporatized, duplication would be fairly straightforward with interstate growth also a possibility. However the secondary growth potential for the business lies in expanding the in-school program, developing web based activities for marketing and building up the social network sites. We have identified a large potential gap in the market for a professional, well organized and well trained provider of extra-curricular music lessons on various instruments to the school system. There is little competition in this area and would only take an operator with some vision and a little tenacity to get traction in the school system, especially the Catholic Education System who seem to have a lack of quality suppliers.
