Residence
The house is a two story, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens and surrounded by a large timber deck. Attached to the house is a large three car carport and storage. There is a large twelve metre by six metre Colourbond shed in the house yard. The property has its own power system consisting of a huge solar array and a back- up 12.5 kva diesel powered generator. This system provides enough power for four normal suburban houses. There are also three concrete rainwater tanks, each of twenty housand litre capacity.
