A stable of strong established trainers has been built up around the country with 60% for of trainers working with the business for over a year and 15% for more than 2 years.Strong trainers, efficient communications and a solid client proposition has lead to very high client loyalty. An average clients will complete 2.4 courses of six weeks. And a 1/3 of clients are acquired by referral from current clients.
